Toronto Argonauts at Edmonton Elks Predictions & Picks

Edmonton are tipped to cover as they return to winning ways on Saturday.

The Elks’ defeats came against the two best teams in the league, but they are back home this weekend and have done their best work at the Commonwealth Stadium this season.

  • Edmonton Elks are 4-0-0 ATS at home this season
  • Edmonton Elks are 4-1 in the previous 5 meetings
  • Edmonton Elks are 2-0 in their last 2 home games against Toronto
  • 4 of the last 5 meetings have produced under 62.5 points

Head To Head

  • Edmonton Elks lead the all-time series 54-48
  • Toronto Argonauts won 31-30 when the two teams last met in September 2025

Toronto Argonauts Form

Toronto head back out on the road having won their previous two games to improve their record to 4-4.

The Argonauts kicked off the season with a 37-30 defeat in Montreal, but rallied to take down Ottawa, 44-24, and Saskatchewan, 40-34.

They failed to keep that run going though, as their winning sequence was ended by a 58-36 loss in Calgary.

Toronto then suffered two further defeats as they were beaten 31-20 in Winnipeg and 24-23 at Hamilton.

The Argonauts finally snapped their skid with a 26-12 victory at the BC Lions, and backed that up in their long-awaited home opener as they downed Calgary 33-30 last time out.

Edmonton Elks Form

Edmonton go into this game on their worst run of the season, having lost back-to-back games to fall to 6-3.

The Elks raced out of the blocks as they won their first three games, sandwiching a 32-29 overtime win against Montreal with road successes at Ottawa, 29-21, and Winnipeg, 23-18.

They failed to make it four-in-a-row as they lost 36-24 at the BC Lions, but they responded strongly to that loss, reeling off three wins in a row.

Edmonton blew out Ottawa, 40-17, and downed the BC Lions at home, 19-17, before heading out on the road to beat Saskatchewan 36-34.

The Elks’ run ended over the past couple of weeks though, as they lost 28-26 at home to Saskatchewan, and 48-30 in Montreal.
