Notre Dame head back out on the road looking to follow up consecutive wins that have improved them to 7-2.
The Fighting Irish opened the season with a 42-3 blowout of Navy in Ireland, and that was followed up by a 56-3 demolition of Tennessee State.
They then won 45-24 at NC State and beat Central Michigan 41-17 at home, only to blow a late lead to lose 17-14 at home to #6 Ohio State a week later.
Notre Dame bounced back with a 21-14 success at #17 Duke, but they were unable to back at that up as they then lost 33-20 at #25 Louisville.
The Fighting Irish have got back on track though, following up a 48-20 rout of #10 USC with a 58-7 beat down of Pittsburgh.
Clemson Form
Clemson return home on the back of a couple of road defeats that have left them with a 4-4 record.
The Tigers kicked off the season with a surprise 28-7 defeat at Duke, only to bounce back with a 66-17 win against Charleston Southern in their home opener.
They then made it back-to-back wins by beating Florida Atlantic 48-14, but came up short when they hosted #Florida State a week later, 31-24.
Clemson hit back with a 31-14 success at Syracuse, and then followed that up with a 17-12 victory at home to Wake Forest.
The Tigers have not won since though, losing 28-20 at Miami (FL), before heading to NC State for a 24-17 defeat.
