New York travelled to Las Vegas on a good run of form, having now won eight of their last nine games to improve to 17-7 and reach the NBA Cup semi-finals.
The Knicks began this run on the road as they downed Brooklyn 113-100 before heading to Charlotte to take down the Hornets, 129-101.
They returned home after that and took their winning run to four games as they beat Milwaukee 118-109 and Toronto 116-94.
New York failed to make it five-in-a-row, losing 123-117 in Boston, but they issued an immediate response in the form of a 119-104 win over Charlotte.
The Knicks followed that up by beating Utah 146-112 and Orlando 106-100, before heading to Toronto to down the Raptors 117-101.
Orlando Magic Form
Orlando go into this NBA Cup semi-final matchup having cooled off in recent days with two wins and two defeats in their last four games.
The Magic were a team in form in the second half of November as they reeled off six victories in a seven-game spell.
That sequence included a couple of three-game win streaks, with the second of them coming to an end when they lost 114-112 to San Antonio.
Orlando responded with a 106-105 victory against Miami, only to then head to New York for a 106-100 defeat to the Knicks.
The Magic did bounce back quickly though, returning home to beat Miami 117-108 last time out.
Verdict
New York took down Orlando last weekend, and we expect a repeat scene in Las Vegas.
