The 49ers opened with three consecutive wins, only to then go on an inconsistent run over the next several weeks to sit 6-4 on November 9.
That day they were beaten 42-26 by division rivals, the Los Angeles Rams, but they have not lost since then, with a 41-22 success at Arizona kicking off this six-game surge.
San Francisco backed that up with a 20-9 win over Carolina, and then won 26-8 at Cleveland to go into the bye week on a three-game win streak.
The 49ers returned to action with a 37-24 win over Tennessee, and followed that up with a 48-27 success at Indianapolis before out-sprinting Chicago for a 42-38 victory at home.

Both teams are riding six-game win streaks, but San Francisco have home advantage and this offense is on fire right now.
