Hamilton head to Ottawa having rebounded from a rough start to the season with three consecutive wins.
The Tiger-Cats opened up on the road and suffered a 38-26 defeat at the hands of the Stampeders in Calgary.
That became back-to-back defeats as they dropped their home opener to Sasktachewan, 28-23, sending them into the bye week at 0-2.
Hamilton have been on a roll since they returned to action though, having sparked a three-game tear with a 35-17 win over Montreal.
The Tiger-Cats backed that up with a 51-38 success in Toronto, before heading back home for a 23-20 victory over Ottawa.
Ottawa Redblacks Form
Ottawa enter this matchup in desperate need of a victory, having lost five of their first six games of the season.
The Redblacks began the season with a 31-26 loss in Saskatchewan, and then fell to a 39-19 defeat when they took on Montreal in their home opener.
They finally got off the mark in Week 3 as they took down the Stampeders in Calgary, 20-12, but they have failed to follow that up.
Ottawa quickly returned to losing ways as they were beaten 29-16 at home by Toronto, and that was followed by back-to-back defeats on the road.
The Redblacks were beaten 39-33 by the Elks in Edmonton, before heading to Hamilton for a 23-20 loss to the Tiger-Cats.

Hamilton have momentum on their side and just beat Ottawa a week ago.
