The Argonauts opened the season with a couple of wins, including a 35-27 victory over the BC Lions, but they have struggled to maintain momentum since then.
They did not win back-to-back games again until August, when they registered consecutive victories around their second bye week.
Toronto downed Calgary 39-25 and then narrowly beat Saskatchewan when they returned to action, 20-19.
The Argonauts failed to keep that run going in early September though, as they went out on the road to lose 31-28 in Hamilton and 41-27 at Ottawa.

BC return home looking to back up a big win over defending champions Montreal that has left them 7-6.
The Lions lost to Saturday’s opponents, Toronto, in their season opener, but rebounded strongly as they reeled off five consecutive victories.
A 25-24 defeat in Calgary prevented them from making it six-in-a-row, and their form nose-dived after that loss as they lost five straight.
BC finally stopped the rot at the end of August when they got the better of Ottawa, winning that matchup 38-12.
The Lions then topped that victory last week, as they went out on the road and upset defending CFL champions, Montreal, 37-23.

When these two teams meet the home team tends to come out on top, and recent form suggests that trend will continue.
