The Argonauts emerge from their second bye week having gone 3-3 since their first weekend off this season.
They started that sequence with a 20-19 win at home to Saskatchewan, but failed to build on that as they went out on the road to lose 31-28 at Hamilton and 41-27 in Ottawa.
Toronto avoided a third straight defeat by beating BC Lions 33-17 on the road, only to immediately return to losing ways with a 33-31 defeat to Hamilton.
The Argonauts did go into their second bye week on the back of a win though, having upset defending champions Montreal 37-31 at home.
Winnipeg Blue Bombers Form
Winnipeg go into this matchup as the hottest team in the CFL, having won eight straight games to secure a playoff berth.
The Blue Bombers made a miserable start to the season as they lost six of their first eight games, but a 25-0 shutout of BC before their first bye week sparked a turnaround.
They won four straight games between their two bye weeks, and since returning to action again they have won three in a row.
Winnipeg faced Edmonton on back-to-back weekends and followed up a 27-14 road win with a 55-27 victory at home.
The Blue Bombers then went out on the road to down Hamilton 31-10 and extend their win streak to eight games.
Verdict
Winnipeg are on a roll and can clinch the division here, so we do not expect them to take their foot off the gas in this one.
