Charles Oliveira is riding a 10-fight win streak into his second defence of the UFC lightweight title.
This run started in June 2018 with a first-round submission win over Clay Guida.
He then followed that up by tapping out Christos Giagos, Jim Miller and David Teymur to continue his climb up the ladder.
Oliveira then began to show fight-stopping striking power as he took out Nik Lentz in the second round and Jared Gordon in the first.
The 32-year-old Brazilian returned to his ‘bread and butter’ for his next fight as he submitted Kevin Lee in the third.
Oliveira then bested Tony Ferguson over three rounds for the biggest win of his career.
That earned the Brazilian his shot at the vacant lightweight title, and Oliveira took his big chance as he impressively knocked out Michael Chandler in the second round.
He then successfully defended the belt for the first time last December, tapping out Dustin Poirier in the third.
That victory left Oliveira with a 32-8-1 record with nine wins by KO/TKO and 20 by submission.

Justin Gaethje is looking to take his second crack at becoming UFC lightweight champion.
Gaethje’s career stalled a couple of years ago when he was knocked out by Eddie Alvarez and Dustin Poirier in consecutive fights.
He stopped the rot though with a first-round knockout of James Vick, sparking a four-fight win streak that catapulted him into title contention.
Gaethje needed just two-and-a-half minutes to finish Edson Barboza, and he followed that up with a first-round knockout win over Donald Cerrone.
The 33-year-old American then scored the biggest win of his career to secure a title shot.
Gaethje knocked out Tony Ferguson to earn a showdown with then-lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
He was outclassed that night though, as Khabib took him to the canvas and submitted him in the second round.
‘The Highlight’ rebounded in November of last year though, earning a decision win over Michael Chandler.
That win left Gaethje with a 23-3 professional record, with 19 wins coming by knockout and one by submission.

Charles Oliveira has added fight-stopping power to his game, but he is a submission master.
The Brazilian is tipped to take down a tiring Gaethje and submit him in the second half of the contest.
