The Coyotes ended October with an 8-1 blowout of Chicago, but failed to build on that as they then lost 4-3 in overtime in Anaheim.
They rebounded immediately with a 3-2 victory over Montreal, only to then suffer a 5-3 defeat at the hands of Winnipeg.
Arizona again rebounded from a loss at the first attempt, beating Seattle via a shootout, but again they failed to follow up a win, losing 2-1 in St Louis.
The Coyotes do go into this meeting with the Stars on the back of a win though, having won 7-5 in Nashville on Saturday.
Dallas Stars Form
Dallas come into this matchup having won five of their seven games in November to improve to 9-3-1.
The Stars ended October with a 5-3 victory over Columbus, and followed that up with back-to-back wins on the road.
They beat Calgary 4-3 and Edmonton 4-3, before seeing that three-game run come to an end with a 2-0 defeat in Vancouver.
Dallas then lost 3-2 at home to Boston, but rebounded during a three-game road trip, winning all three of those games.
The Stars recorded a 5-2 win in Columbus and a 3-2 victory in Winnipeg, before heading to Minnesota to beat the Wild 8-3.
