Liverpool return to Turkey six months after a 1-0 defeat to Galatasaray at this venue. The Turks boast a superb home record, with just one loss in competitive fixtures at Rams Park this season.
With the Reds continuing to flatter to deceive, they could struggle to overcome Okan Buruk's men this week. A home win or draw is my best bet, and I also expect more than the single goal scored in last September's encounter.

Newcastle vs Barcelona
Another action-packed UCL encounter should be on the cards in Tyneside, with both teams proving reliable choices for goal chasers this season. Newcastle have seen BTTS and over 2.5 goals land in each of their last 11 games, and a repeat outcome seems inevitable on Tuesday.
Barcelona have been similarly reliable, with seven of eight previous UCL encounters finishing with both teams on the scoresheet. All but one of the Catalans' last 13 games produced three goals or more.

Real Madrid vs Manchester City
Manchester City and Real Madrid renew their rivalry on Wednesday with another entertaining contest expected at the Bernabeu.
With Kylian Mbappe unavailable, City should fancy their chances of claiming a first-leg advantage in what promises to be an open encounter.
Set for a 12th meeting in this competition since 2020, goals should be expected in what has become something of a European classic. BTTS landed in 10 of the previous 11 UCL meetings between the sides, while nine of those matches also produced three goals or more. Both outcomes look particularly likely this week.

Our final pick on Wednesday comes from Norway as Bodo/Glimt continue their remarkable Champions League adventure against Sporting Lisbon.
The Norwegians have been a breath of fresh air in this competition, and will be confident of building a first-leg lead ahead of the return to Portugal next week. I fancy the hosts to score at least two in a game where both teams should hit the target.

Elsewhere on Tuesday, Igor Tudor takes his down-in-the-dumps Tottenham to Madrid for what should prove a tough evening for the Lilywhites against Atletico. Anything other than a comfortable home win would be a surprise, despite the Londoners' solid form on the continental stage.
Bayern Munich face a tricky trip to Bergamo to take on an Atalanta side that tends to do their best work in Italy. BTTS looks a good choice for this fixture, with the Germans perhaps having the quality to edge to a narrow road victory.
On Wednesday, Arsenal can build a first-leg advantage against an ordinary Leverkusen outfit, while Chelsea and PSG seem likely to deliver an action-packed first-leg in Paris. Expect goals at both ends with the Blues capable of returning home with a positive result in the bag.
