NO! Sports betting - either in-person or online - has not yet been legalized by the State.

When Will It Be Legal To Bet In Florida?

Attempts to legalize sports betting in Florida were put on hold when the 2020 session was adjourned.

There had been discussions between the State and the Seminole Tribe about a deal that would result in the restart of tribal gaming payments in return for sports betting to be legalized in tribal casinos in Florida.

The tribe refused to make their annual gaming payment in 2020 and that issue will need to be resolved, but at the moment there is a good degree of hope that Florida could accept its first legal sports bet before the end of 2022.
