It appears as though there is a real possibility that sports betting will be legalized by Ohio in 2021.

There are currently two bills under consideration at this time – one has been proposed by the Senate, the other by the House.

If one of those bills is successful Ohio could introduce legal sports betting before the end of 2021.

Can I Bet In Other States While It Is Banned In Ohio?

Most States that allow in-person and online gambling do not require you to be a resident in order to place a bet. However, you must register and place your bets within State lines, and you must also be aged 21 or older.
