They have rallied since the bye week though, sparking this good run with a 35-17 victory at home to Montreal.
Hamilton backed that up with a 51-38 success at defending champions Toronto, and then took their streak to four games with back-to-back wins over Ottawa.
The Tiger-Cats downed the Redblacks at home, 23-20, before travelling to Ottawa to record a 30-15 victory last weekend.
BC Lions Form
BC enter this matchup on the back of a loss that has dropped them to 3-4 after seven weeks of the season.
The Lions enjoyed a winning start to the campaign as they beat Edmonton at home, 31-14, only to then see their form nose-dive.
They dropped back-to-back meetings with Winnipeg, 34-20 on the road and 27-14 at home, before losing 37-18 when they visited Saskatchewan.
BC finally stopped the rot on the road as they downed the Alouettes in Montreal, 21-20, and the Elks in Edmonton, 32-14.
However, the Lions failed to make it three wins in a row as they were beaten 33-27 at home to Saskatchewan last time out.

Hamilton are one of the hottest hands in the CFL right now and that means there is added value to back them here.
