Rose Namajunas is a two-time former strawweight champion and is the current #6 ranked flyweight with a career record of 12-6 (2 KOs, 5 Subs).
Namajunas debuted in the UFC in only her fourth professional fight and dropped a decision to Tecia Torres as she fought for the inaugural strawweight championship.
She rebounded to win her next three fights, submitting Angela Hill and Paige VanZant before avenging that loss to Torres with a unanimous decision victory.
‘Thug Rose’ saw her win streak end with a split decision loss to Karolina Kowalkiewicz, only to rebound in the best possible fashion.
Namajunas submitted Michelle Waterson to get back on track, and then shocked the world with a sensational 183-second win over dominant strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
She successfully defended the title with a points win over Jedrzejczyk in the rematch, but her reign was short-lived as she was knocked out in the second round by Jessica Andrade in May 2019.
The 32-year-old American won the rematch via split decision, and then claimed the title for a second time by knocking out Zhang Weili in just 78 seconds.
Namajunas then retained the title with a split decision win in the rematch with Zhang, only to once again lose the championship in her second defence.
This time she lost to Carla Esparza via split decision, and she responded to that loss by moving to flyweight.
She lost her debut fight to Manon Fiorot via decision, but bounced back in March with a unanimous points win of her own against Amanda Ribas.
Tracy Cortez Form
Tracy Cortez is the #11 ranked women’s flyweight fighter with a professional record of 11-1 (1 KO, 1 Sub).
Cortez earned herself a UFC contract in July 2019 by recording a unanimous decision win over Mariya Agapova in Dana White’s Contenders Series.
She then marked her official UFC debut with a unanimous decision win over Vanessa Melo at bantamweight.
The 30-year-old American backed that up with a points win over Stephanie Egger, before making the move back to flyweight in April 2021.
Cortez edged a split decision victory over Justin Kish, but her first outing at the weight for a couple of years did not go smoothly as she missed the weight cut.
She made the cut for the next two fights though, and took her career win streak to 11 straight fights with unanimous decision wins over Melissa Gatto and Jasmine Jasudavicius.
