Tai Tuivasa is the #9 ranked heavyweight contender with a professional record of 14-6 (13 KOs).
Tuivasa debuted in the UFC back in November 2017 and made a fast start with three consecutive victories.
He recorded first-round knockouts of Rashad Coulter and Cyril Asker, before besting former heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski via unanimous decision.
His UFC career stalled after that though, as a second-round knockout loss to Junior Dos Santos sparked a three-fight skid.
‘Bam Bam’ then lost a decision to Blagoy Ivanov and was submitted by Serghei Spivac, before finally getting back in the win column with a first-round knockout of Stefan Struve.
That proved to be the start of a five-fight win streak that saw Tuivasa stop Harry Hunsucker and Greg Hardy in the first round, and Augusto Sakai and Derrick Lewis in the second.
However, the 30-year-old Australia has not won since he knocked out ‘The Black Beast’ in February 2022.
Tuivasa was knocked out by Ciryl Gane in the third round and by Sergei Pavlovich in the first round, and was then submitted in the second by Alexander Volkov last September.

Marcin Tybura is the #10 ranked heavyweight contender with a professional record of 24-8 (9 KOs, 6 Subs).
Tybura made his UFC debut back in 2016 and made an early impact with a unanimous decision win over Andrei Arlovski in his third outing.
His momentum was brought to a halt after that though, as he lost four of his next five fights, but since early 2020 he has established himself as an important part of the heavyweight division.
The 38-year-old Polish fighter got back on track with a unanimous decision win over Serghei Spivac, sparking a five-fight win streak.
From there he earned unanimous decision wins over Maxim Grishin and Ben Rothwell, before knocking out Grey Hardy in the second round and Walt Harris in the first.
Tybura’s streak was ended by a points loss to Alexander Volkov, but he bounced back immediately with a majority decision win over Alexander Romanov.
He backed that up with a unanimous points win over Blagoy Ivanov a year ago, but he was unable to make it three-in-a-row as he was knocked out in 73 seconds by Tom Aspinall last July.
Verdict
Tai Tuivasa’s best route to victory is through his fists, and the good news is Marcin Tybura can be knocked out.
