The Nets opened up with a 114-113 home defeat to Cleveland, and then fell to a 125-120 defeat in Dallas.

They rallied on the road though, winning 133-121 in Charlotte and 109-105 at Miami, before heading to Chicago for a 109-107 victory over the Bulls in the tournament opener.

Brooklyn’s three-game win streak was halted by a 124-114 defeat at home to Boston, and they then lost 129-125 when they hosted Milwaukee.

The Nets were able to halt that losing sequence on Wednesday night though, as they beat the LA Clippers 100-93 at home.

The Celtics have cooled off over the last couple of games though, losing 114-109 at Minnesota in overtime before suffering a 106-103 defeat in Philadelphia.
