Cleveland, who finished top of the Eastern Conference with a 64-18 record, ran out comfortable winners in the first two games at home, beating the Heat 121-100 and 121-112.
The Cavaliers then completed the job with a couple of blowout victories on the road, as they travelled to Miami to win 124-87 and 138-83.

Indiana return home with an opportunity to sweep Cleveland and wrap up this conference semi-final series.
The Pacers have taken control of this showdown with the Cavaliers, recording 121-112 and 120-119 victories on the road.
They secured their place in the playoffs by going 50-32 during the regular season, and made straightforward work of Milwaukee in the first round.
Indiana opened the series at home and registered 117-98 and 123-115 victories over the Bucks, but they missed out on the chance to sweep when they lost 117-101 on the road.
The Pacers responded strongly though, regaining a two-game lead with a 129-103 win on the road, before wrapping up the series with a 119-118 home win in overtime.

Indiana return home in an outstanding position and with all of the momentum on their side.
They are 5-1 against Cleveland this season and are on a roll at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, so we have to go with the Pacers in Game 3.
