Denver’s form has cooled off over the past several days, with three defeats coming in their last four games.

The Nuggets rode a four-game win streak in late March that included wins against two of the Eastern Conference’s best – Milwaukee and Philadelphia.

That run was halted though, as they lost 107-88 at home to New Orleans before suffering a 100-93 defeat in Phoenix.

Denver rebounded at home, downing defending champions Golden State, 112-110, last Sunday night.

The Nuggets failed to follow that up in their first game of this week though, falling to a 124-103 defeat in Houston.

Phoenix Suns Form

Phoenix have been in fantastic form over the past couple of weeks, winning six consecutive games.

The Suns went on a miserable run in March, losing six times in seven games, but their response has been emphatic.

They bounced back from a 135-127 defeat in Sacramento with a 125-105 victory at home to Philadelphia.

Phoenix then followed that up with a 117-103 win in Utah, before returning home to beat Minnesota 107-100 and Denver 100-93.

The Suns then won 128-118 on the road in Oklahoma City, and took their streak to six games with a 115-94 home blowout of San Antonio.
