Golden State head to Dallas riding a six-game win streak following last night's victory in Houston.
The Warriors struggled through much of March and were beaten seven times in an 11-game spell.
That sequence included back-to-back defeats that saw them fall 123-111 at home to Indiana before heading to Minnesota for a 114-110 defeat.
Golden State turned things around after that though, sparking a five-game streak with a 113-92 win in Miami that was followed by victories in Orlando, 101-93, Charlotte, 115-107 and San Antonio, 117-113.
The Warriors then returned home to beat Dallas 104-100, before heading back out on the road to blow out Houston, 133-110, on Thursday.
Dallas Mavericks Form
Dallas enter this matchup in fantastic form, having now been victorious in 12 of their last 14 games.
The Mavericks faltered badly between late February and early march as they lost five times in six games, but they responded to that struggle with a four-game win streak.
That run was ended by a 126-119 defeat at Oklahoma City, but they hit back quickly by sandwiching a 113-107 victory in San Antonio with home wins against Denver, 107-105, and Utah 113-97.
Dallas then went out on the road to win four straight, beating Utah 115-105, Sacramento 132-96 and 107-103, and Houston 125-107.
The Mavericks’ run was ended by a 104-100 defeat to Golden State, but they rebounded immediately with a 109-95 victory over Atlanta last night.
Verdict
Golden State beat Dallas earlier this week, but we are expecting revenge for the Mavericks here.
The hosts have been stacking up wins and covers in recent weeks, and their record against the Warriors this season is solid with a couple of double digit wins.
