Golden State head to Denver looking to continue some good road form through the first few weeks.

The Warriors opened with a 108-104 home loss, but bounced back in style as they put their 2022/23 road struggles behind them.

They won 122-114 in Sacramento, before beating the Rockets 106-95 in Houston and the Pelicans 130-102 in New Orleans.

Golden State’s streak continued with a 102-101 win at home to Sacramento, and they made it five-in-a-row with a 141-139 success at Oklahoma City.

The Warriors failed to make it six-in-a-row, losing 114-103 in Cleveland, but they issued an immediate response with a 120-109 victory in Detroit on Monday night.

Denver Nuggets Form

Defending NBA champions Denver have made a strong start to the season, winning seven of their first eight games.

The Nuggets opened up the season at home and downed the Los Angeles Lakers, 119-107, to get off to a great start.

They backed that up on the road as they won 108-104 in Memphis, before heading to Oklahoma City for a 128-95 blowout win.

Denver made it four-in-a-row with a 110-102 home win against Utah, only to suffer their first defeat of the season when they were beaten 110-89 in Minnesota.

The Nuggets rebounded quickly though, beating Dallas 124-114, Chicago 123-101 and New Orleans 134-116 at home.
