The Mavericks ended 2022 in style but saw a seven-game win streak come to a halt with a 124-95 loss at home to Boston.

They bounced back quickly to beat New Orleans 127-117, but their form nose-dived when they went out on the road after that.

Dallas lost 120-109 at Oklahoma City and 113-101 at the LA Clippers, before battling past the Los Angeles Lakers in double overtime, 119-115.

The Mavericks then dropped back-to-back games in Portland, 136-119 and 140-123, before returning home for a 130-122 loss to Atlanta.
