The Bucks dropped back-to-back games in early November to fall to 5-4, but rebounded in style with a five-game win streak.
That run was halted by a 119-116 defeat in Boston, but they made a quick return to winning ways as they beat Washington 131-128 a couple of days later.
Milwaukee then downed Portland 108-102, before heading back out on the road to beat Miami 131-124.
The Bucks’ win streak ended at three games as they lost 120-113 in overtime in Chicago, but they responded strongly with a 132-121 win against Atlanta and a 146-122 victory over New York.
Indiana Pacers Form
Indiana enter this semi-final matchup on the back of a couple of big wins that have improved their record to 11-8.
The Pacers limped through the second half of November as they four times in a six-game spell, but those wins came in the tournament, allowing them to reach the final four.
They beat Atlanta 157-152 on the road and Detroit 136-113 at home to complete a perfect group campaign.
Indiana failed to follow up that win against the Pistons though, losing 114-110 at home to Portland and 142-132 on the road in Miami.
The Pacers did rebound at the end of last week though, beating the Heat 144-129, and they followed that up on Monday night as they took down Boston in the quarter-finals, 122-112.
Verdict
Milwaukee are starting to heat up despite a couple of recent defeats.
The wins and covers are starting to stack up for the Bucks, and we are expecting more of the same in the tournament semi-finals.
