New Orleans are tipped to win as a home underdog.

The Pelicans are on an excellent run of form, while Oklahoma City may be licking their wounds following a mauling in Milwaukee.

Oklahoma City head into this game on the back of a defeat, but in good form with seven wins in their last nine games.

The Thunder started this sequence by bouncing back from a 116-104 defeat at the Los Angeles Lakers with a 128-120 victory at Portland.

They backed that up at home by beating Miami 107-100 and Memphis 124-93, before suffering a 121-111 defeat at the hands of Indiana.

Again Oklahoma City responded immediately to a defeat, beating Dallas 126-119 at home, and they followed that up with a 118-112 win in Memphis, before heading back home to beat Utah 119-107.

The Thunder then made it four-in-a-row with a 123-103 win in Toronto, only to suffer a 118-93 defeat when the visited Milwaukee on Sunday.

New Orleans Pelicans Form

New Orleans also enter this matchup on a great run of form, having now won nine of their last 11 games.

The Pelicans responded to a 123-114 defeat in Indiana with a 129-102 home win over the Pacers that sparked a four-game win streak.

They then won 139-98 in Toronto, 103-95 at Philadelphia and 116-103 in Atlanta, before seeing their run end with a 116-96 defeat to Cleveland.

New Orleans responded with a 112-104 win over the LA Clippers, and backed that up by beating Portland 126-107 and Brooklyn 104-91.

The Pelicans failed to make it four-in-a-row as they lost 121-106 in Orlando, but they bounced back with a 111-88 victory in Miami, and followed that up with a 114-101 win in Detroit.

OKC Thunder @ NO Pelicans

Both teams are in good form overall, but Oklahoma City are still on the road after heavy loss.

New Orleans are playing some of their best basketball of the season, so we like them in the underdog role at home.
