Orlando come into this game on the back of a win but in poor form with five defeats in their last eight games.
The Magic started the second half of January with a 98-94 win in New York, but they failed to follow that up as they then lost 106-104 in Atlanta and 124-109 at home to Philadelphia.
They avoided a third consecutive loss with a 105-87 victory over Miami, but they were again unable to back up a win.
Orlando were blown out at home by Cleveland, 126-99, and then travelled to Memphis for a 107-106 defeat.
The Magic have won two of the last three though, sandwiching a 131-129 loss in Dallas with a 113-98 victory over Phoenix and a 108-98 win in San Antonio.
Minnesota Timberwolves Form
Minnesota enter this matchup having won four of their last five games to stay top of the Western Conference.
The Timberwolves enjoyed a four-game win streak in January, but saw their form cool off when they lost 102-97 to Oklahoma City.
They were then beaten Charlotte 128-125, only to rebound on the road with a couple of victories.
Minnesota ran out 118-107 winners when they visited Washington, and then made it back-to-back wins when they beat Brooklyn 96-94.
The Timberwolves failed to make it three-in-a-row as they lost 113-112 in San Antonio, but they hit back immediately to down Oklahoma City 107-101 and Dallas 121-87.
Verdict
Minnesota blew out Orlando on the road a couple of weeks ago, and we expect a similar outcome in this home meeting with the Magic.
