Oklahoma are tipped to cover the spread as they keep their playoff hopes alive.

The Sooners just scored a couple of huge wins on the road thanks to some good complimentary football, while Missouri are yet to do much in the role of underdog.

  • Missouri are 0-3-0 ATS in their 3 games as a betting underdog
  • The Under has cashed in 8 of Oklahoma’s previous 10 games
  • The Under has hit in 4 of Missouri’s last 6 games

Head To Head

  • Oklahoma lead the all-time series 43-8-1
  • Missouri won 30-23 when the two teams last met in November 2024

Missouri Form

Missouri head to Oklahoma having snapped a two-game losing sequence with a victory to improve their record to 7-3.

The Tigers opened the season with a hat-trick of non-conference wins, beating Central Arkansas 61-6, Kansas 42-31 and Louisiana 52-10.

They then began their SEC schedule with a 29-20 victory over South Carolina, before downing Massachusetts 42-6 in their final non-conference game of the regular season.

Missouri’s perfect start was ended by a 27-24 loss to Alabama, and they then failed to back up a 23-17 win at Auburn as they fell 17-10 at Vanderbilt and 38-17 at home to Texas A&M.

The Tigers got back to winning ways last weekend though, as they down Mississippi State at home, 49-27.

Oklahoma Form

Oklahoma return home after a couple of huge victories on the road that took their record to 8-2.

The Sooners kicked off the season with a three non-conference wins, beating Illinois State 35-3, Michigan 24-13 and Temple 42-3.

They then beat Auburn 24-17 in their SEC opener, before shutting out Kent State in a 44-0 victory in non-conference action.

Oklahoma’s playoff hopes then took a hit over the next few weeks, as they sandwiched a 26-7 win at South Carolina with defeats to Texas, 23-6, and Ole Miss, 34-26, but they rallied on the road.

The Sooners ran out 33-27 winners when they visited Tennessee, and followed that up with a 23-21 upset of Alabama last weekend.

Verdict

Oklahoma will be full of confidence after that win in Alabama, and now they get to face a Missouri team who have cooled off and continue to struggle in the role of underdog.

The Sooners are backed to avoid a letdown as they cover the spread and make it three-in-a-row.
