The Buckeyes’ well round offense and dominant defense is expected to be too much for a badly out-of-form Penn State team that are stacking up losses and rarely cover.

Penn State go into this matchup having now lost four consecutive games to fall to 3-4 on the season.
The Nittany Lions kicked off the season with three straight wins against non-conference opposition, beating Nevada 46-11, Florida International 34-0 and Villanova 52-6.
However, once their Big Ten schedule began their form collapsed, costing head coach James Franklin his job.
Penn State lost 30-24 at home to Oregon, and then went on to suffer a 42-37 defeat at home to UCLA and a 22-21 loss at home to Northwestern.
Franklin was fired after the loss to the Wildcats, but his departure did not spark an improvement in fortunes as the Nittany Lions lost 25-24 at Iowa last time out.
Ohio State Form
Ohio State remain the number one ranked team in the nation, having won each of their first seven games.
The Buckeyes started the season as the number three ranked team according to AP, despite being the defending national champions, but they answered that disrespect in emphatic fashion.
They beat top-ranked Texas 14-7 on opening weekend, and backed that up with further non-conference wins over Grambling State, 70-0, and Ohio, 37-9.
Ohio State then kicked off their Big Ten schedule with a 24-6 victory at Washington, before returning home to blow out Minnesota, 42-3.
The Buckeyes then went back out on the road for their last two games and beat Illinois 34-16 and Wisconsin 34-0.
Verdict
Ohio State’s offense continues to roll and the defense has now kept six of their seven opponents to under 10 points.
