Penn State head out on the road for the first time since the opening weekend looking to improve their record to 6-0.
The Nittany Lions opened up in West Virginia and ran out 34-12 winners against the Mountaineers, before returning home for their next four games.
They marked their home opener with a 34-27 win over Bowling Green, before shutting out Kent State in a 56-0 victory.
Penn State went into their first conference game after that, against ranked Illinois, and they kicked off their Big Ten campaign with a 21-7 win over the Fighting Illini.
The Nittany Lions then took their record to 5-0 last weekend with a 27-11 win over conference rivals UCLA.
USC Form
USC return home looking to rebound from their second defeat of the season, which has left them with a 3-2 record.
The Trojans kicked off the season with a trip to face an LSU team ranked 10 places ahead of them, and they sent an early message with a 27-20 victory.
They backed that up a week later with a 48-0 win over Utah State in their home opener, but they have won just one of their three games since then.
USC made the jump from the Pac-12 to the Big Ten this past offseason and they were beaten 27-24 at Michigan in their conference opener.
The Trojans rebounded to beat Wisconsin 38-21 for their first conference win, but they failed to follow that up last weekend as they travelled to Minnesota and lost 24-17.

USC have not enjoyed the best of starts to Big Ten life, and now they face their toughest test to date.
