The Orange opened the season with a 45-26 defeat to Tennessee, but rebounded with a three-game win streak.
They beat Connecticut 27-20 and Colgate 66-24 at home, before heading to Clemson to upset the Tigers 34-21 in their opening conference game.
Syracuse have failed to follow that up though, losing each of their three games since then.
The Orange were blown out at home by Duke, 38-3, and then lost 31-18 at SMU and 30-13 at home to Pitt.
Georgia Tech Form
Georgia Tech bring a perfect record into this matchup, having won each of their first seven games, including four ACC outings.
The Yellow Jackets kicked off the campaign with a 27-20 victory in Colorado, and followed that up with a 59-12 blowout of Gardner-Webb.
They then upset Clemson at home in their ACC opener, 24-21, before downing Temple 45-24 in a non-conference matchup.
Georgia Tech then returned to conference play with a 30-29 win at Wake Forest, before returning home to down Virginia tech 35-20.
The Yellow Jackets then made it seven-in-a-row last weekend, as they went back out on the road to beat Duke 27-18.
