Green Bay head to Arizona having made a winning return from the bye week to improve to 3-1-1.
The Packers made a superb start to the season as they took down NFC North rivals, the Detroit Lions, 27-13.
They backed that up with a 27-18 success against Washington, only to then suffer a shock 13-10 defeat when they visited Cleveland.
Green Bay’s offense burst back into a life a week later, but despite scoring 40 points they had to settle for a tie at Dallas.
The Packers ended their winless sequence last Sunday though, as they beat Cincinnati at home, 27-18.
Arizona Cardinals Form
Arizona go into this matchup in desperate need of a win, having lost four consecutive games to fall to 2-4.
The Cardinals enjoyed a winning start to the season as they went out on the road to beat the Saints in New Orleans, 20-13.
They followed that up with a 27-22 win over Carolina a week later, but they have not recorded a single victory since then.
Arizona’s perfect start was ended by a 16-15 defeat at San Francisco, and they then returned home to lose 23-20 to Seattle and 22-21 to Tennessee.
The Cardinals’ losing skid reached four games last weekend, as they were beaten 31-27 in Indianapolis.
Verdict
Green Bay’s performance against Cincinnati was hardly awe-inspiring, but they at least got the job done.
