Green Bay go into this playoff matchup having ended their regular season campaign with back-to-back defeats.
The Packers opened the season with a 34-29 defeat to postseason opponents Philadelphia in Brazil, but rebounded over the next several weeks with six wins in seven games.
They then bounced back from a 24-14 loss to Detroit with a three-game win streak, before responding to another loss to Detroit, 34-31, with back-to-back wins.
Green Bay beat Seattle 30-13 on the road and New Orleans 27-25 at home to secure their trip to the playoffs.
The Packers have not won since though, following up a 27-25 defeat in Minnesota with a 24-22 loss at home to Chicago.
Philadelphia Eagles Form
Philadelphia enter the playoffs having won back-to-back division games to finish the regular season with a 14-3 record.
The Eagles kicked off the season by beating Green Bay in Brazil 34-29, but they struggled for consistency over the first few weeks to sit 2-2.
They found that consistency in October though, as a 20-16 win over Cleveland proved to be the start of a 10-game win streak.
Philadelphia’s red-hot run included a 24-19 victory in Baltimore and multiple wins over division rivals, but was eventually ended by a 36-33 loss at Washington.
The Eagles bounced back quickly though, blowing out Dallas in a 41-7 home win before downing the New York Giants on the road, 20-13.
Verdict
Philadelphia have been on a tear since the start of October and we do not expect that run to end here.
The Packers limped into the playoffs on the back of a couple of losses and lost wide receiver Christian Watson to a season-ending injury last weekend.
