The Jaguars went on a five-game losing skid in October, which was finally halted by a 27-20 win against Las Vegas.
They failed to follow that up a week later, losing 27-17 at Kansas City in their final game before the bye, but since then their form has improved considerably.
Jacksonville made a winning return to action by edging Baltimore 28-27 at home.
That was followed by a 40-14 blowout loss in Detroit, but the Jags rebounded immediately with a 36-22 win in Tennessee.
They then followed that up with their most impressive win of the season so far – a 40-34 overtime win at home to Dallas.
New York Jets Form
New York have cooled since the bye, going 1-4 in their last five games to put their playoff quest in jeopardy.
The Jets went into the bye on the back of a big 20-17 division win at home to Buffalo that improved them to 6-3.
However, their form started heading in the other direction when they lost 10-3 at New England.
