Las Vegas head to Kansas looking to build on last weekend’s win and improve to 3-4 before the bye week.
The Raiders, under new head coach Pete Carroll, enjoyed a successful start to the season as they downed New England on the road, 20-13.
They failed to build on that victory though, as a 20-9 home defeat to the Los Angeles Chargers the following week sparked a four-game skid.
Las Vegas then sandwiched a 25-24 home loss to Chicago with road defeats to Washington, 41-24, and Indianapolis, 40-6.
The Raiders did finally stop the rot last weekend though, as they got the better of Tennessee at home, 20-10.
Kansas City Chiefs Form
Kansas City enter this matchup looking to continue their improved form, which has seen them win three of their last four games to reach 3-3.
The Chiefs made a nightmare start to the season as they dropped back-to-back games on the road, starting with a 27-21 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in Brazil.
They then lost a Super Bowl rematch with Philadelphia, 20-17 at home, before finally getting off the mark with a 22-9 victory at the New York Giants.
Kansas City backed that up with a 37-20 win at home to Baltimore, but failed to make it three-in-a-row as they then fell 31-28 in Jacksonville.
The Chiefs bounced back at the first attempt however, as they beat Detroit at Arrowhead last weekend, 30-17.
Verdict
Kansas City have kick-started their season in recent weeks and we expect another win here.
We also expect them to cover against a bad Raiders team that benefited from facing an even worse Titans team last time out.
