Los Angeles head to Lambeau Field on the back of a win that snapped a six-game losing skid.
The Rams went into the bye week at 3-3 after a rough start to their defence of the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
Their form then took a huge nose-dive when they returned to action, as they lost each of their next six games to slide out of the playoff picture.
The slump started with a 31-14 home loss to San Francisco and continued with a 16-13 defeat at Tampa Bay.
LA then returned home to lose 27-17 to Arizona before suffering road defeats to New Orleans (27-20) and Kansas City (26-10).
The Rams’ losing run then hit six games with a 27-23 home loss to Seattle, but they were finally able to halt that slide a week ago.
Just days after joining the team, Baker Mayfield led them on two touchdown drives in the final three minutes to snatch a 17-16 victory at home to Las Vegas.
Green Bay Packers Form
Green Bay return from the bye week knowing they need to win out to have any shot at the playoffs.
The Packers made a solid start to the season as they won three of their first four games of the campaign.
However, a 27-22 defeat to the New York Giants in London proved to be the start of a serious slump that saw them lose five games in a row.
Green Bay lost 27-10 at home to the New York Jets before going out on the road to lose 23-21 at Washington and 27-17 at Buffalo.
Aaron Rodgers then threw three picks in a 15-9 loss at Detroit, but a week later the Packers were able to keep their fading playoff hopes alive thanks to a 31-28 overtime upset of Dallas.
They failed to build on that success though, losing 27-17 to Tennessee and 40-33 at Philadelphia.
Green Bay did get back to winning ways before the bye week though, coming from behind to beat Chicago 28-19 on the road.
