Los Angeles Rams at Jacksonville Jaguars Preview & Picks
Jacksonville are tipped to cover as a betting underdog in London.
The Jaguars slipped up last week, but the defense has been good this season and could receive a massive boost if the Rams are without Puka Nacua.
- Jacksonville Jaguars are 4-2-0 ATS this season
- Los Angeles Rams are 2-2-0 ATS in their last 4 games
- The 2 teams are allowing a combined 38.3 points per game
- The Under has cashed in 2 of Los Angeles’ last 3 games
Head To Head
- Los Angeles Rams lead the all-time series 5-1
- Los Angeles Rams won 37-7 when the two teams last met in December 2021
Los Angeles Rams Form
Los Angeles head to London on an inconsistent run of form, having split their last four games to sit 4-2 after six games.
The Rams opened the campaign with a 14-9 victory at home to Houston, and backed that up with a 33-19 success at Tennessee.
They failed to make it to 3-0 as they were beaten 33-26 in Philadelphia, but they did rebound at home by taking down an in-form Indianapolis team, 27-20.
Los Angeles failed to back that up as they suffered a 26-23 overtime loss at home to San Francisco, only to issue another immediate response to a loss.
This time the Rams went out on the road to down the Ravens in Baltimore, winning 17-3 last weekend.
Jacksonville Jaguars Form
Jacksonville cross the ‘pond’ on the back of their second defeat of the season, which ended their win streak and dropped them to 4-2.
The Jaguars also kicked off their season with a victory, beating Carolina 26-10 at home on opening weekend.
They failed to follow that up as they fell to a 31-27 defeat in Cincinnati, but they did rebound from that loss with a three-game win streak.
Jacksonville beat Houston 17-10 at home, and backed that up by beating San Francisco 26-21 on the road, and Kansas City 31-28 at home.
The Jaguars’ run was brought to an end last weekend though, as they were beaten at home by Seattle, 20-12.
Verdict
Jacksonville lost last time out, but there are plenty of reasons for optimism.
The Jaguars are off to a great start behind some excellent defense, so we are taking the ‘home’ team and the free points, especially with Nacua being questionable for LA.
