Minnesota go into this big NFC North showdown having been one of the surprise teams through three weeks.
The Vikings were not expected to be terrible, but with a couple of tough games on the schedule few predicted a 3-0 start.
They opened up the campaign on the road and made light work of the New York Giants, winning 28-6 at MetLife Stadium.
Minnesota backed that up in their home opener as they stunned a San Francisco team with Super Bowl ambitions, 23-17.
The Vikings then matched that upset last weekend as they blew out Houston in a 34-7 victory at US Bank Stadium.
Green Bay Packers Form
Green Bay enter this matchup having rebounded from an opening-night defeat with back-to-back wins.
The Packers kicked off the season in Brazil, but they were unable to make it a winning trip as they returned home with a 34-29 defeat.
Injury was added to insult in that loss too, as quarterback Jordan Love suffered an injury that sidelined him for the next two games.
Green Bay were able to overcome Love’s absence as they downed Indianapolis, 16-10, in their home opener.
The Packers then backed that up last weekend as they went out on the road to beat the Titans 30-14 in Tennessee.
Verdict
Minnesota have turned heads through the first three weeks of the 2024 season.
Sam Darnold’s status will be huge for this matchup though, so we recommend waiting until his situation is confirmed before getting behind the Vikings.
