Minnesota head out on the road looking to rebound from last weekend’s defeat that dropped them to 3-3.
The Vikings kicked off the season by staging a second-half fightback to beat division rivals Chicago on the road, 27-24.
They failed to back that up a week later as they dropped their home opener to Atlanta, 22-6, but they did issue an emphatic response in the form of a 48-10 blowout of Cincinnati.
Minnesota were again unable to back up a win as they lost 24-21 to Pittsburgh in Dublin, only to again rebound immediately from a loss, winning 21-17 in Cleveland.
The Vikings’ inconsistency continued last weekend, however, as they were beaten 28-22 at home by Philadelphia.
Los Angeles Chargers Form
Los Angeles enter this matchup on a rough run of form, having lost three of their last four games to slip to 4-3.
The Chargers made a dream start to the season as they knocked off division rivals Kansas City in Brazil, 27-21.
They followed that up a week later with a 20-9 victory in Las Vegas, before making it three-in-a-row with a 23-20 victory over another division rival, Denver.
Los Angeles’ form cooled off after that though, as they followed up a 21-18 defeat at the New York Giants with a 27-10 loss at home to Washington.
The Chargers rallied with a narrow 29-27 win Miami, only to quickly return to losing ways last weekend as they fell 38-24 at home to Indianapolis.
Verdict
Minnesota have been inconsistent so far, but they have been a solid spread bet on the road.
