The Titans began the campaign by winning just one of their first five games, resulting in Brian Callahan being the first head coach to be fired this season.
They were beaten 20-12 in Denver, 33-19 by the Los Angeles Rams, 41-20 by Indianapolis and 26-0 by Houston, before finally getting off the mark with a 22-21 win over Arizona.
Tennessee failed to build on that as they lost 20-13 in Las Vegas, leading to Callahan’s departure.
A change in head coach did not result in an immediate change of fortunes though, as the Titans were beaten 31-13 by New England last weekend.
Indianapolis Colts Form
Indianapolis boast a league-best 6-1 record thanks to last weekend’s victory on the road.
The Colts have been the surprise packed of the season so far, with Daniel Jones resurrecting his career with the franchise.
They opened with back-to-back home wins, beating Miami 33-8 and Denver 29-28, before heading out on the road to down Tennessee 41-20.
Indianapolis’ perfect start was then ended by a 27-20 loss at the Los Angeles Rams, but they issued an emphatic response to that setback.
The Colts blew out Las Vegas at home, 40-6, and then backed that up by beating Arizona 31-27 at home and the Los Angeles Chargers 38-24 on the road.

This matchup pits the hottest team in the NFL against the worst team in the NFL.
Everything is pointing towards Indianapolis getting the job done here, and given just how bad Tennessee have been so far, we expect this to be a one-sided blowout.
