The Panthers rebounded to win 5-2 in Los Angeles, but again failed to follow up a victory as they lost 3-1 in San Jose last time out.

Vegas enter this matchup on a rough run of form, having lost three of their previous four games to fall to 7-3-4.
The Golden Knights made a slow start to the season as they dropped two of the first three, but found their form in the second half of October as they won four straight.
That run was ended by a 3-0 loss at Florida and a 2-1 overtime defeat in Tampa, but they avoided a third straight loss as they took down Carolina, 6-3.
Vegas failed to follow it up as they lost 4-2 at home to Colorado, only to rebound with a 1-0 victory against Detroit.
The Golden Knights have not won since though, following up a 6-3 defeat to Tampa Bay with a 4-3 overtime loss to Anaheim.
