Tampa Bay enter this matchup having rebounded from back-to-back defeats with their fifth victory in seven games.
The Lighting dropped a couple of games in late March, but rebounded to win their final three games of the month.
They beat Pittsburgh 6-1 and then backed that up with an 8-0 shutout of Utah and a 5-3 success against the New York Islanders.
Tampa Bay then beat the Islanders on the road, 4-1, only to drop their next two road games as they fell 2-1 in Ottawa and 3-2 at Buffalo.
The Lightning avoided a third straight defeat however, as they downed the Rangers in New York, 5-1.
