The Canucks started March with a four-game win streak, which was ended by a 4-3 overtime defeat at home to Colorado.
That was followed by a 2-1 loss to Washington, but they rebounded to win their next three at home, beating Buffalo 3-2, Montreal 4-1 and Calgary 4-2.
Vancouver’s streak was halted a by a 3-2 defeat when they hosted Los Angeles, and they then fell to a 3-1 defeat when Dallas came to town.
The Canucks were able to avoid a third consecutive defeat though, beating Anaheim 3-2 last time out.
Vegas Golden Knights Form
Vegas come into this game on a good run of form, having now won eight of their previous 11 games.
The Golden Knights endured a four-game losing skid in early March, but they steadied the ship by winning three of the next five.
They then beat Seattle 3-1 and built on that with a 4-2 victory over Columbus and a 2-1 overtime success in St Louis.
Vegas failed to make it four-in-a-row as they lost 5-4 in overtime in Nashville, but they were quick to bounce back.
The Golden Knights returned to winning ways in Winnipeg as they beat the Jets 4-1, and that was followed up by a 2-1 overtime victory in Minnesota.
Verdict
Vegas are putting together some good form while Vancouver have been hit or miss recently, so we are leading towards the Golden Knights in this one.
