Vegas head into this game having lost three straight and five of the last six to fall to 14-5-4.
The Golden Knights appeared to be getting back on track when they won twice in three games earlier this month, but a 4-3 overtime loss in Philadelphia prevented them from gaining steam.
They then lost 3-0 in Pittsburgh, before heading to Dallas and recording a 2-1 overtime win over the Stars.
Vegas have not won since then, however, with a 2-0 home defeat to Arizona sparking a three-game skid.
The Golden Knights went back out on the road after that loss and were beaten 2-1 in overtime in Calgary, before dropping a shootout against Edmonton.
Vancouver Canucks Form
Vancouver come into this matchup in inconsistent form, having gone 3-4 in their last seven games to find themselves at 15-7-1.
The Canucks enjoyed a good run during the first half of November as they won six of their first seven games of the month.
Their form has cooled off since then though, starting with a 5-2 defeat at Calgary and a 4-3 loss at home to Seattle.
Vancouver avoided a third straight loss as they beat San Jose 3-1, and they then bounced back from a 5-2 defeat in Colorado with a 5-1 success in Seattle.
The Canucks failed to back up that win as they lost 4-3 in San Jose, but they did issue an immediate response in the form of a 3-1 home win against Anaheim.
Verdict
Vancouver have been in excellent form on the home ice and are primed to take advantage of a struggling Vegas team.
