They hit a rough patch in late June and early July, losing back-to-back games — first to Las Vegas Aces (84-81 at home), then to Dallas Wings (98-89 on the road).
They bounced back on July 7th with a dominant 102-72 home win over Dallas.
Phoenix made it two in a row last week, defeating the favored Minnesota Lynx 79-71 at home. Alyssa Thomas led the way with 29 points (14/24 FG), eight rebounds, and five assists.

Golden State Valkyries are having a solid debut season, currently 4th in the Western Conference with a 10-10 record.
