A bill to legalize retail and online sports betting was presented to the House in 2020 but within a few days it was voted against.

The margin was small though and the belief is that another bill will be introduced some time during 2021.

Can I Bet In Other States While It Is Banned In Wyoming?

Most States that allow in-person and online gambling do not require you to be a resident in order to place a bet. However, you must register and place your bets within State lines, and you must also be aged 21 or older.

At present two neighboring States offer either retail betting or online betting – Montana and Colorado. Montana is currently limited to retail betting while Colorado allows both in-person and online betting.
