The Alouettes’ run has also earned them home field advantage for the immediate rematch with Hamilton in next week’s East semi-final.
They went on a four-game losing skid during September, losing to three playoff-bound teams during that sequence.
Montreal stopped the rot with a 28-11 victory in Calgary, and then travelled to Ottawa to beat the Redblacks 32-15.
The Alouettes downed Ottawa again a week later, this time 29-3 at home, before making it four wins in a row with a 35-21 success at Edmonton.
Verdict
Montreal have repeatedly got the better of Hamilton this season, and that trend is backed to continue here.
