Hamilton head to Winnipeg riding a three-game win streak that has propelled them to the top of the division with a 9-5 record.
The Tiger-Cats opened the season with back-to-back defeats, but rallied after an early bye week with six consecutive wins to get themselves back in the playoff mix.
They cooled off massively in August though, as they lost three straight games starting with a 41-38 overtime defeat to the BC Lions.
Hamilton then fell 29-9 at Saskatchewan and 35-33 to Toronto, before finally stopping the rot with a 26-9 success in Montreal.
The Tiger-Cats then backed up that victory at home as they beat Winnipeg 32-21 and Edmonton 29-27.
Winnipeg Blue Bombers Form
Winnipeg enter this matchup having snapped a three-game losing skid with a much-needed win that took them to 7-7.
The Blue Bombers raced out of the blocks with three consecutive wins, only to then stumble over the next few weeks as they lost four times in five games.
They rallied in the middle of August as they beat Ottawa 30-27 and Montreal 26-13, only to then lose three straight games to fall below .500.
Winnipeg sandwiched a 21-13 home defeat to Saskatchewan with road defeats to the Roughriders, 34-30, and Hamilton, 32-21.
The Blue Bombers did return to winning ways last weekend though, as they went out on the road to down Ottawa, 26-18.
Verdict
Hamilton have form and a recent win over Winnipeg on their side heading into this one.
So while this is a difficult venue to play in, we like the Tiger-Cats to deliver victory as a betting underdog.
