Things did not get any better when they went out on the road, as they suffered back-to-back defeats to fall to 0-3.
Boston were beaten 105-95 in New York, before moving on to Detroit for a 119-113 defeat at the hands of the Pistons.
The Celtics finally got off the mark on Monday though, winning 122-90 in New Orleans, and they backed that up at home as they beat Cleveland 125-105 on Wednesday.

The 76ers' surge will end at some point, but they have home advantage for this latest meeting and they are the hot hand, so we are siding with Philly.
