Los Angeles failed to win their next two, losing 135-119 in Houston and 138-122 in Atlanta, but their response has been strong.
The Lakers have followed up a 114-105 win in Boston with a 113-105 victory in New York and a 124-118 win at Charlotte.
Verdict
Denver have found some momentum and are backed to keep it going against the Lakers, especially if LeBron and Davis are missing for the hosts.
