The Timberwolves again responded quickly to a loss, beating Houston 111-90, only to blow a big lead as they lost 129-123 in overtime in Chicago on Tuesday night.
Milwaukee Bucks Form
Milwaukee return home in bad form, having lost four of their five games during their latest road trip.
The Bucks went out on the road in decent form, having won four of their previous five games.
They had won 141-135 and 122-113 in Detroit, before sandwiching a 112-100 home loss to Cleveland with a 126-111 win over the Cavaliers and a 141-117 blowout of New Orleans.
Milwaukee failed to back that up as they started this trip with a 113-107 loss in Denver, followed by a 119-116 defeat to Portland.
The Bucks avoided a third consecutive defeat by winning 129-117 in Dallas, but their joy was short-lived as they then lost 123-108 in Utah and 114-106 at Phoenix.
Verdict
Minnesota have been a solid pick on the road and as an underdog recently, so we like the Timberwolves against a Bucks team who could be without Middleton and Lillard.
