Indiana go into their opening matchup of the season looking to exact a measure of revenge for their 2025 NBA Finals defeat.
The Pacers prepared for the 2025/26 campaign with a four-game pre-season schedule that saw them start hot but end it cold.
They opened with a high-scoring shootout win over Minnesota, beating the Timberwolves 135-134 in overtime on the road.
Indiana then backed that up with a 116-101 victory at home to Indiana, only to then suffer a 124-108 defeat when they hosted San Antonio.
The Pacers met the Spurs again in their pre-season finale, this time on the road, and again they came up short as they lost 133-104.
