Cincinnati head to Buffalo having ended a four-game losing skid last time out to improve to 4-8 and stay in the playoff hunt in the AFC North.
The Bengals opened the campaign with back-to-back wins, beating Cleveland 17-16 and Jacksonville 31-27, but their form collapsed when Joe Burrow went down with injury.
They lost consecutive road games at Minnesota, 48-10, and Denver, 28-3, and then followed up a 37-24 home defeat to Detroit with a 27-18 loss in Green Bay.
Cincinnati stopped the rot briefly with a 33-31 upset of Pittsburgh, only to immediately lose their next four games, falling 39-38 to the New York Jets, 47-42 to Chicago, 34-12 at Pittsburgh and 27-20 at home to New England.
The Bengals were able to avoid a fifth consecutive defeat though, as they won 32-14 in Baltimore in Week 13.
Buffalo Bills Form
Buffalo enter this game on an inconsistent run of form, having split their last four games to sit 8-4.
The Bills opened the season with a four-game win streak, backing up a 41-40 win over Baltimore by beating the New York Jets 30-10, Miami 31-21 and New Orleans 31-19.
They failed to keep that momentum going as they lost 23-20 at home to New England, and that was followed by a 24-14 loss when they paid a visit to Alanta.
Buffalo bounced back with a 40-9 blowout of Carolina on the road, and then downed Kansas City 28-21 at home before suffering a shock 30-13 loss to Miami.
The Bills responded with a 44-32 win over Tampa Bay, and then bounced back from a 23-19 defeat in Houston with a 26-7 success in Pittsburgh.
Verdict
Consistency has eluded Buffalo in recent weeks, but this is a good opportunity for them to string together wins.
Joe Burrow being back is a boost for the Bengals, but their defense can easily be got at and that can be the difference here as the Bills pull away on the scoreboard.
